J.D.A. Custom Homes, Inc. has established itself as a premier custom home builder. The company was founded in 1992 by its president, Dennis E. Rice, and he was joined by Richard P. Robertson in 1999. J.D.A. builds single family custom homes as well as doing major renovations. J.D.A. works with local architects to offer its clients construction management services as well as architectural and site design.

Member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), member of the Custom Builders Council (CBC), Participated in the 2002 CBC Parade of Homes
