Whether you build on one of J.D.A.’s lot, or your own lot, J.D.A. will provide total construction management, that includes not only the construction of your new home but also engineering, permitting and site development work.
We can either provide you with one of our existing home plans, which can be modified per your individual specifications, or we will help you choose an architect who will work with you to help you design the home of your dreams.
J.D.A. works with several Interior Designers, and has a project coordinator on staff to work with each client to assist in the full scope of design selections for your new home.
J.D.A. offers offer two types of construction programs:
1) A turnkey building program in which J.D.A. purchases the lot and secures the construction financing.
2) J.D.A. can also build on your lot, working with you and your lender to secure the required financing. If you do not already have a lender, J.D.A has ongoing relationships with Cardinal Bank, Intercoastal Mortgage, Sun Trust & Virginia Commerce Banks, to not only help secure construction loans, but also assist you in securing a permanent mortgage loan.
